Refund policy
Tuition for Gateway courses is non refundable. If you are unable to participate in the Gateway course that you had paid for, you may participate in a later course provided it is within twelve months of when you paid your tuition.
You may cancel a tutoring appointment and request a refund without giving any reason for doing so.
The deadline for canceling a tutoring appointment is 72 hours before the time of the appointment.
In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

We will reimburse you no later than 15 days from the day on which you requested the refund. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
